Lineage and Family History

Jharni descends from two of the most historically dominant and heavily documented bloodlines in the region, providing her with a distinct genetic advantage in establishing a stable territory.

Her mother is the internationally recognized tigress Maya (T-12), widely known as the 'Queen of Tadoba,' who dominated the Pandharpauni core area.

Her father is the legendary male Waghdoh, an exceptionally large tiger who sired numerous litters across the reserve.

Tracing the lineage further back, Jharni's maternal grandparents are the Hilltop Tiger (W-male) and the tigress Nira, firmly rooting her in the central TATR ecological history.
